The Firm has the experience, professionalism, and excellence in all areas of Wyoming law and culture to assist our clients.  Of the 24 lawyers in the Firm, 22 graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.  Many of the lawyers are native to or grew up in the State of Wyoming with backgrounds in energy, ranching, construction, environmental, and governmental affairs, to name a few.

The Firm offers its clients a vast knowledge and understanding of the ways of the Wyoming people, businesses (especially the oil and gas business), government, and economy.  Firm members have appeared before judges and juries in every State and Federal District Court in the State of Wyoming and have appeared numerous times before the Wyoming Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as numerous County and State administrative bodies.  In particular, our attorneys have appeared before the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission at every monthly meeting for over thirty (30) years.  We understand Wyoming, its ways, its people, its past, and have faith in its future.
