Energy Environmental Consulting (EEC) provides assistance and guidance to the energy industry throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.  We offer focused, responsive service and expertise in permitting and regulatory compliance, including air permitting, SPCC Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and water quality permitting.  EEC can further assist with monitoring, inspections, training, and reporting requirements associated with maintaining compliance.  We have established working relationships with regulatory agencies and use a professional approach to determine project needs and meet deadlines.
